Hilary Duff An Author? New Novel Called Elixir
Get the details about Hilary Duffs first official novel. This story is coming up next. Welcome back to Clevver TV. Im Dana Ward. So yes, one of the true old school Young Hollywood stars is adding author to her industry resume. Hilary Duff just reportedly signed on with publisher Simon and Schuster to take on the world of young adult books. Apparently, her first novel in the series will be all about a jet-setting photojournalist Clea Raymond. According to reports, the 400-plus-page book is titled Elixir and will hit stores on October 12th. So whos gonna run out and buy Duffs first book? And I want to know from you all if you think Hilary is the true and blue writer or if theres a bit of ghostwriter action on Elixir. I think her book will be a good one. Since she’s a good songwriter, she has the tools it takes to write a book. It is unlikely that she used a ghostwriter. Unlike Lauren Conrad, who has no writing talent whatsoever and published L.A. Candy just for the heck of it.

I hope it’ll be a movie too……then she could be Clea!!! I don’t read, but since Hil wrote it, I’m reading the whole series if there is one!!

I think the book is going to turn out awesome! I love Hilary, and always will. I am definitely going to buy this book:) and I do believe that she wrote the book by herself.. She might of had help at first with how she should put the wording and stuff, but I think she came up with the story, names, and the book cover because she is smart and very creative:)

Yeah! imma buy it! Hilary ROX and I think she wrote the whole thing by herself, I mean i may be naive but, i think she truly is very creative and smart!

I’m definitely gonna read that. Not so sure about who wrote “Gypsy Woman” but whoever did it is a talented writer. If that’s NOT Hilary then her ghostwriters were always good, but idk somehow I think that’s her. Many of her interviews are very logical and eloquent, they are must read, at least most of them. I’m not gonna be surprised if that Elixir book turns out to be a genius kind of thing.

She’s a very honest individual, I think she would be a good author. Reason being is that when you immerse yourself into the industry, you see what goes on in the playwriting atmosphere and you are reading and contributing so often that it becomes second nature.

Definitely think there’s some ghostwriting here. I doubt she’s had time to truly write a whole novel while tending to all her other projects.
